A bit over six years ago I wrote down of which TV shows I’ve seen more than one season, many of them more than half and often enough 90-100% of a show. Back then it added up to 247 shows.
Now I’ve checked again and noticed that I’ve missed shows back then (e.g. Alias and Community). Also a lot more current shows have added the ranks as well as older stuff I’ve only just discovered.
This new list contains 86 more shows and brings the total up to 333.
And on the very bottom are shows that started just this year and have not yet filled the “one season” quota.
Two of my favourite childhood movies, so I just had to see how they were dubbed in English (these movies don’t actually have an “original” voice track):

Since this was decades before reunification sometimes these movies ended up with different titles in East and West Germany.
Whilst the English titles are almost literal translations of the original Italian, the German title for the first movie was “Die rechte und die linke Hand des Teufels” (“The Right and the Left Hand of the Devil”) whilst the second part was called “Vier Fäuste für ein Halleluja” (“Four Fists for a Hallelujah”) in West and “Der kleine und der müde Joe” (“The Little and the Sleepy Joe”) in East Germany.

“Monday Mornings” are conferences within the Chelsea General Hospital and these conferences are about all the things that went wrong. Malpractices, patient deaths and social misbehaviour. But it also shows parts of the private life of the doctors working there and their different approaches to their chosen profession.
Monday Mornings was developed by David E. Kelley who’s more known as a developer of law(yer) shows just as Ally McBeal or Boston Legal. And in the end this show is not so different, because the MM conferences are basically the closing arguments of a trial where everyone explains their point of view of what went wrong.
Bones 5×04 The Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood
I really enjoyed this episode with all its entanglements in suburbia and especially the bantering between Bones/anthropology and Sweets/psychology regarding the life there.
Supernatural 5×05 Fallen Idols
Kripke warned the viewers not to judge to quickly about the appearance of Paris Hilton. And he was right, she was the perfect specimen to make the point the wood god wanted to make. 😀 And: “You got whaled on by Paris Hilton!”
Smallville 9×03 Rabid
I didn’t care much for the zombie story (despite Supernatural horror still isn’t my genre) but I really like the way they are pushing the triangle C-L-B forward without making it feel forced. I also hope that this wasn’t the last appearance of Green Arrow. I hope he finds his path again soon and will play a larger role this season.
The Big Bang Theory 3×04 The Pirate Solution
I’m surprised, Leonard’s and Penny’s relationship is actually lasting (at least for now 😉 ). And Raj and Sheldon work together in a “Eye of the Tiger” montage – awesome!
Two and a Half Men 7×04 Laxative Tester, Horse Inseminator
It was funny (it would fail if it weren’t) but again not extraordinary. Maybe I shouldn’t watch two sitcoms in a row.
