Synopsis: The medical staff on the night shift at San Antonio Medical Center is not your usual one. Well, OK, they have normal problems as well. But in addition to that, many of them have served in war zones, in Afghanistan and Iraq. And some have come back damaged.
This is a show about these people and how they try to get back into a normal life (as normal as it can be in an emergency room at night).

My Opinion: It’s a typical medical drama that doesn’t really stand out despite the extra weight they carry around. It’s still all about “are they going to get together” and “will they perform a medical miracle this time”. But overall, it’s watchable if you like medical dramas and it has been renewed for a second season.
